The RSMS User Group is committed to furthering the mission of the Road System Management Software: helping municipalities develop a rough cut road plan with minimal manual effort. This mission will be achieved by providing and promoting opportunities for communication and collaboration among members of the RSMS 10 and RSMS 11 user communities.

The RSMS User Group was formed in October 2010, coinciding with the initial commercial release of the RSMS 10 software.

Membership in the RSMS User Group is open to any person or organization that has purchased a commercial license to use either the RSMS 10 or RSMS 11 software. This license must have been purchased from the Maine LTAP (Maine Local Roads Center), or other LTAP authorized to sell the software by the Maine Local Roads Center.
