Oh yum. Made this today for a non labor intensive dessert on Labor Day. Was a hit with everyone. I wouldn’t want it everyday, but is pretty awesome for a special occasion. No mess, the cast iron skillet cleaned up easily.

Clever recipe, not much for sweets, but this may be an exception!
