Serving sizes are definitely subjective! This would be for roughly 1/2 a chicken breast per person, but that’s also assuming that you’re serving it with rice or pasta and veggies, etc. If you find you can typically eat a whole chicken breast to yourself ( I can, for sure!) then it would be more like 2 servings.
