We only tried with fresh but I think it could work in a pinch! It wont get AS crispy as fresh cauliflower, but you could follow this method we have for roasting frozen broccoli (just swapping out the spices for this recipe) and see how it goes! If you do try let us know how it turns out!

My cauliflower was looking a bit sad and ready to be used for something other than the planned cauliflower rice. Such a healthy and delicious dinner. I’ll definitely make again.
