The sauce is really good. Too much spinach, like waaaay too much. Maybe 3oz is better.

It can be a challenge to fill up teen boys on a tight grocery budget and this is one that checks all the boxes! I serve with a side salad. I usually use frozen spinach in this sauce, which works well too!

And I used rotini pasta which was great. I used extra tomato paste for a more bountiful flavor. Basically I intensified all the flavor. And It was good 😌👌🏻
