I am a Registered Dietitian that works with a generally low-income population and I love how your recipes are cost-effective and wholesome at the same time! We honestly would feel lost with our food budget had we not found your blog. I was just running our June numbers, and we’ve saved at least $450 (compared to our spending habits from the previous 4 months). A majority of the recipes that we’re following are yours…we love that you breakdown the meal price!

Hi Beth,

My wife and I are currently in a competition called Project Money – put on by Summit Credit Union located in Wisconsin. The program consists of 4 families working with financial coaches at the credit union to reduce debt and increase savings over a 7-month period of time. We’ll be blogging weekly about our successes (and hopefully not to often our challenges/failures). My wife and I are particularly interested in providing our readers with links to the sites that we are using – and we’ve been using the recipes in your site for the last couple of weeks.

I’m in the process of putting together a blog, and on my bio page I’m including a few buttons that link out to my favorite places around the web, like podcast pages and shopping sites. Your website is definitely one of my favorite things, but it also has different terms and conditions since it is a personally owned blog. May I link to your homepage via a button that says “Budget Bytes”?
